Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Travel Sales Executive/ Travel Agent located in Rohini, Delhi. The Travel Sales Executive is responsible for creating customized travel packages, booking flights and accommodations, planning itineraries, and assisting clients with their travel needs. Daily tasks include interacting with clients, providing travel advice, processing bookings, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of travel destinations and trends.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, and relationship management
• Knowledge of travel software, booking systems, and travel regulations
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is a plus
• Previous experience in the travel industry is preferred
