Travel Sales Executive

You will be responsible for managing airline ticket sales for travelers flying from the United States to India. Your role will involve selling and booking international airline tickets (US to India) using Amadeus. Additionally, you will need to provide personalized flight options tailored to clients' preferences, schedules, and budgets. It is crucial to maintain strong client relationships, ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, and stay updated on visa and travel regulations relevant to India-bound travelers. Meeting or exceeding sales targets will be essential to contribute to overall business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Sell and book international airline tickets (US to India) using Amadeus. - Provide personalized flight options tailored to clients' preferences, schedules, and budgets. - Maintain strong client relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. - Stay updated on visa and travel regulations relevant to India-bound travelers. - Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. Key Requirements: - Proficiency in Amadeus (mandatory). - In-depth knowledge of US-India airline routes and pricing strategies. - Strong sales and negotiation skills with excellent communication abilities. - Awareness of visa and entry requirements for India. - Ability to work independently and manage client interactions professionally. In addition to the above, the company prefers candidates with previous experience in an international ticketing or travel sales role and a strong customer service orientation with a goal-driven mindset. **Note:** The job type is full-time and permanent with a schedule that includes night shifts and rotational shifts. There is a yearly bonus offered. The preferred education requirement is a Bachelor's degree, and preferred experience includes 1 year in travel sales and 1 year in Amadeus. Proficiency in English is preferred, and the work location is in person at Chandigarh, Chandigarh.
