Travel Sales Executive

Who Can Apply for This Role?

We are looking for passionate and dynamic individuals who have a strong interest in the travel and tourism industry and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. Ideal candidates include professionals with 1 to 5 years of experience in travel sales or corporate travel operations. Individuals with prior experience in selling international and domestic holiday packages, managing bookings, and client servicing will be given preference. Freshers with a background in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or Hotel Management are also encouraged to apply, especially those who have a good understanding of popular travel destinations and customer engagement.

Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi, along with professional email and phone etiquette, are essential. Candidates should be customer-focused, with the ability to understand client needs and offer appropriate travel solutions. Proficiency in using computers, online flight and hotel booking systems, and Microsoft Office is required. Those with experience in GDS platforms like Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre will have an added advantage. The role is best suited for individuals who enjoy travel planning, creating customized itineraries, and offering unique suggestions to enhance the client's experience. A bachelor's degree or diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred. Candidates must also be adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of managing operations efficiently under pressure.
