INTERNATIONAL & DOMESTIC PACKAGE DIVISION – ROLE OVERVIEW: Responsible for managing sales and operations related to both outbound (international) and domestic tour packages. Key responsibilities include: Handling end-to-end tour package sales for international and domestic destinations. Managing all aspects of tour operations including itinerary planning, hotel reservations, flight bookings, travel insurance, and customer support. Addressing customer inquiries via email and phone regarding hotels and holiday packages. Creating and sharing customized proposals and detailed travel itineraries. Engaging with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, destination choices, and accommodation needs. Booking flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements through online systems or direct communication with suppliers. Designing and promoting personalized and group holiday packages for popular and offbeat destinations. Maintaining strong relationships with travel partners, suppliers, and clients. Prior experience in the travel & tourism industry and corporate sales is highly preferred. Suggesting unique travel routes and destinations to enhance the customer experience. Overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure seamless execution of all travel services.
