Outbound Tour Executive - INTERNATIONAL / DOMESTIC PACKAGE

INTERNATIONAL & DOMESTIC PACKAGE DIVISION – ROLE OVERVIEW:

Responsible for managing sales and operations related to both outbound (international) and domestic tour packages. Key responsibilities include:

• Handling end-to-end tour package sales for international and domestic destinations.
• Managing all aspects of tour operations including itinerary planning, hotel reservations, flight bookings, travel insurance, and customer support.
• Addressing customer inquiries via email and phone regarding hotels and holiday packages.
• Creating and sharing customized proposals and detailed travel itineraries.
• Engaging with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, destination choices, and accommodation needs.
• Booking flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements through online systems or direct communication with suppliers.
• Designing and promoting personalized and group holiday packages for popular and offbeat destinations.
• Maintaining strong relationships with travel partners, suppliers, and clients.
• Prior experience in the travel & tourism industry and corporate sales is highly preferred.
• Suggesting unique travel routes and destinations to enhance the customer experience.
• Overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure seamless execution of all travel services.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
