Job Description

As a Cruise/Flight Sales Consultant at our company, your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound US calls and convert them into sales, specifically booking Cruise packages. You will also be selling Cruises on Campaign calls and should have experience in PPC calls. Additionally, you will be responsible for tasks such as changing dates, processing refunds, and managing schedule changes. - Possess a strong knowledge of cruise lines, destinations, and travel documentation - Minimum of 1 year of experience in handling PPC calls for flights - Sound knowledge of Cruise fares and good geographical knowledge including city codes and airport codes - Familiarity with the PPC travel sales process will be beneficial This position offers night shifts with 5.5 days of working per week, including rotational offs. You will have access to both side cabs and meals during your shifts.,
