Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Holiday Consultant (Sales)

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with customers (walk-ins, calls, leads) to understand their holiday requirements.
• Design and propose customized domestic/international holiday packages.
• Convert leads into confirmed sales and meet monthly revenue targets.
• Maintain strong product knowledge on destinations, hotels, and itineraries.
• Coordinate with internal operations, suppliers, and partners for quotations and bookings.
• Handle customer queries, follow-ups, and post-sale support.
• Maintain CRM records, reports, and client communication logs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Business, or a related field.
• 1-4 years of experience in travel sales or consulting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of GDS, booking platforms, and Microsoft Office is a plus.
• Strong sales drive and target orientation.
• Passion for travel and helping others plan memorable experiences.
