Travel Sales Consultant

As a Travel Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in managing travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for our clients or employees. Your attention to detail and customer-focused approach will ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience while adhering to budgetary constraints and company policies. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate all aspects of travel including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities. - Develop comprehensive travel itineraries tailored to the preferences and requirements of clients or employees. - Evaluate travel options to optimize costs while meeting client preferences and company policies. - Secure reservations for flights, hotels, rental cars, and other travel services, ensuring accuracy and timely confirmation. - Assist with obtaining necessary travel documents such as visas, passports, and travel insurance. - Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering assistance before, during, and after travel. - Maintain regular communication with clients, vendors, and colleagues to ensure smooth travel operations and address any concerns. - Stay informed about travel destinations, attractions, and local customs to provide recommendations and enhance the travel experience. - Generate reports on travel expenses, trends, and patterns to support decision-making and budget planning. Qualifications Required: - 6 months to 1 year of experience in US travel sales profile is a MUST. - Excellent organizational and customer service skills. Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position located in Noida (onsite) with night shift and rotational shift schedules. Performance bonus is also included in the job benefits.,
