Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Sales Consultant, located in Noida. The Travel Sales Consultant will manage day-to-day tasks including travel consulting to agents , arranging travel itineraries, managing reservations, providing excellent customer service, and handling travel arrangements. This role requires proactive engagement with clients to ensure seamless travel experiences.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
• Experience with arranging travel itineraries overseas (preferably Vietnam)
• Strong Customer Service and Reservations skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Familiarity with travel industry-specific technology and platforms is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Travel, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred
