Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Sales Consultant located in Thane. The Travel Sales Consultant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, consulting with clients regarding their travel needs, and making reservations. The role also involves offering exceptional customer service and ensuring all travel plans are executed seamlessly.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and making Travel Arrangements
• Strong skills in making Reservations and managing booking systems
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Ability to work on-site in Thane
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with domestic and international travel destinations
• Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferable
