Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Package Manager, located in Rajkot. The Travel Package Manager will be responsible for developing and managing customized tour packages, coordinating with suppliers and travel agents, planning trip itineraries, and providing exceptional support to clients. The role involves budgeting, pricing tours competitively, managing reservations, and ensuring a high-quality travel experience for all guests. The Travel Package Manager will also handle customer inquiries, offer recommendations, and solve any travel-related issues that may arise.

Qualifications

• Skills in managing travel packages, including budgeting, pricing, and itinerary planning
• Experience coordinating with suppliers and travel agents
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle customer inquiries and issues
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in using travel management software and tools
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field
• Previous experience in the travel industry is highly beneficial
