Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India, for a Travel Operation Executive. In this role, you will handle and coordinate travel arrangements, consult with clients to determine their travel needs, manage bookings and itineraries, and resolve customer inquiries with professionalism. Additional responsibilities include providing outstanding customer service and ensuring seamless and efficient travel experiences for clients.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Arrangements and Travel Management
• Experience in Travel Consulting and offering personalized travel solutions
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and bookings efficiently
• Proficient in using travel booking systems and tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Travel Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of international and domestic travel destinations is a plus
