Role & responsibilities Manage ticketing queues in GDS platforms (Sabre/Amadeus), including ticket fulfillment, processing ADMs, ARCs, and BSPs. Perform data quality checks and handle invoicing activities using multiple tools and platforms. Communicate with global vendors (Airlines, Hotels, Car Rental Companies) via emails and outbound calls to resolve queries and ensure service accuracy. Meet and exceed KPIs/SLAs defined for the travel operations process. Embrace a 24/7 work environment with flexibility to work night shifts, weekends and holidays. Preferred candidate profile 6 months to 3 years of experience in a travel process, preferably within a BPO/KPO setup or Corporate Travel environment. Hands-on experience with GDS systems Sabre and/or Amadeus is a must. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with strong grammar and the ability to grasp diverse accents and professional nuances. Strong listening and comprehension abilities. A flexible and positive mindset to work in a rotational shift setup.
