Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Expert located in Thane. The Travel Expert will be responsible for planning and managing travel arrangements for clients, including booking flights, accommodations, and other travel services. The role includes providing excellent customer service, assisting with travel-related issues, and ensuring clients have a seamless and memorable travel experience. Collaboration with team members and staying updated on travel trends and policies will also be essential duties.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Arrangements and Travel Management
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Knowledge and experience in Business Travel and related operations
• Ability to effectively handle client requests and provide tailored travel solutions
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Experience in using travel booking systems is an advantage
• A passion for travel and customer satisfaction
• Bachelor's degree or a diploma in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field
