You will be joining TOT DMC, a B2B travel platform in Gurugram, specializing in FIT, GIT, and MICE services in Thailand. The company focuses on providing affordable and seamless travel experiences while building personalized relationships with agents. Your role as an International Travel Consultant will involve travel consulting, management, making travel arrangements, delivering exceptional customer service, and handling reservations effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your travel consulting and management skills to assist clients - Make travel arrangements and reservations according to client preferences - Provide exceptional customer service throughout the travel process - Stay updated on international travel trends and destinations - Utilize your problem-solving skills and attention to detail in handling reservations - Use your communication and interpersonal skills to ensure client satisfaction - Familiarity with travel booking systems and software is essential - Fluency in multiple languages is a bonus for this role Qualifications: - Prior experience in travel consulting, travel management, and customer service - Proficiency in making travel arrangements and handling reservations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of international travel trends and destinations - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Experience with travel booking systems and software - Fluency in multiple languages is advantageous Please note that this is a full-time on-site position with a day shift schedule.
