Administrative & Office Management Handle daily office operations, including phone calls, emails, walk-in inquiries, and appointment scheduling. Maintain office records, filing systems, and travel documentation. Manage office supplies, stationery, and vendor coordination. Ensure compliance with company policies and travel industry standards. 2. Customer Support Assist customers with inquiries related to travel packages, bookings, cancellation policies, and documentation requirements.
