Recrubest is hiring on behalf of our client for a full-time on-site Travel Executive role .Role Overview:As a Travel Executive, you will be responsible for managing travel arrangements including flights, hotels, MICE, and other logistics for clients. You will also create itineraries, recommend destinations, and ensure a smooth travel experience.Key Responsibilities:Manage and coordinate travel bookings (flights, hotels, transport, etc.)Plan and organize MICE travel logisticsProvide recommendations on destinations and hotels (Pan India knowledge is a plus)Create detailed itineraries ensuring a seamless travel experienceHandle client queries and ensure top-notch customer serviceIndependently manage travel-related operationsQualifications:✅ Strong knowledge of the travel industry and destinations✅ Excellent communication and customer service skills✅ Proficiency in travel booking systems✅ Attention to detail and problem-solving skills✅ Ability to multitask and work under pressure✅ Experience in travel logistics & hotel tie-ups across India✅ Prior experience in a similar role preferredLocation: Bengaluru (On-site)Role Type: Full-Time | Independent roleIf you are passionate about travel and events and have the expertise to create smooth and memorable journeys, we’d love to connect with you!📩 Send your CV to info@recrubest.com
