Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Domestic Travel Executive. The Domestic Travel Executive will be responsible for managing domestic travel arrangements for clients, providing travel consultation, and ensuring high levels of customer service. Daily tasks include organizing travel itineraries, booking transportation and accommodations, assisting clients with travel-related inquiries, and ensuring seamless travel experiences.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle domestic & international travel bookings (flights, hotels, transportation).
• Coordinate with clients for itinerary planning and travel requirements.
• Handle travel-related queries via email, phone, or chat.
• Ensure smooth travel experience and quick customer support.
• Maintain records and reports of bookings and customer details.

Requirements

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in travel operations or ticketing.
• Good knowledge of domestic destinations and basic international routing.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of travel tools or GDS (preferred but not mandatory).
• Ability to handle multiple bookings and manage client expectations.
• Graduates preferred, but diploma holders in Travel & Tourism can apply.
