Travel Executive

Job Title: Travel Executive Location: Noida Department: Travel & Tourism / Corporate Services Reporting To: Travel Manager / Operations Head Qualification: Minimum 12th pass Job Summary:The Travel Executive is responsible for planning, organizing, and booking travel arrangements for clients, including flight tickets, hotel accommodations, visas, travel insurance, and tour packages. The role requires strong knowledge of domestic and international travel procedures, customer service orientation, and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end travel bookings for domestic and international travel (air tickets, hotel reservations, transportation, etc.) Provide clients with travel-related information, including visa requirements, travel insurance, and itinerary planning. Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and vendors for bookings, changes, or cancellations. Advise clients on travel options and promote special packages or offers. Ensure accurate documentation and timely processing of travel documents like passports, visas, etc. Assist in resolving travel issues such as delays, cancellations, or lost bookings. Maintain accurate records of bookings, invoices, and client preferences. Provide post-travel support and gather customer feedback to improve services. Stay updated with industry trends, travel advisories, and destination knowledge. Skills & Competencies:Good knowledge of travel booking systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.) Strong communication and customer service skills Attention to detail and accuracy in handling bookings and documents Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Basic understanding of visa and travel documentation processes Proficiency in MS Office and online travel portals Preferred Industry Experience:Travel Agencies Corporate Travel Desk Tour Operators Hospitality/Hotels
