Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Desk Executive at ITC Narmada Ahmedabad, located in Ahmedabad. The Travel Desk Executive will be responsible for handling travel arrangements, providing travel consulting services, communicating with clients, delivering exceptional customer service, and managing travel logistics.

Qualifications

Travel Arrangements and Travel Consulting skills
Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
Experience in Travel Management
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of travel industry trends and technology
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field
