Travel Consultant/Sales Executive

As a Travel Specialist at Solopackers, you will play a crucial role in creating and planning engaging travel itineraries for solo travelers. Your responsibilities will include finding and booking accommodations, managing travel groups, and ensuring a seamless travel experience for our customers. Your passion for travel and attention to detail will greatly contribute to the success of our core team. - Design and develop detailed travel itineraries tailored to the interests of solo travelers. - Coordinate all aspects of the trips, including accommodations, transportation, activities, and local experiences. - Ensure smooth execution of planned trips, handling any issues that arise and ensuring a positive experience for travelers. - Manage travel groups, facilitate introductions, and ensure the needs of all group members are met. - Provide exceptional customer support to travelers before, during, and after their trips. - Conduct research to identify new travel trends, destinations, and activities for future travel packages. - Gather feedback from travelers to continuously improve and refine travel packages and services. Qualifications: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field. - Passion for travel with a deep understanding of popular travel destinations and experiences. - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. - Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected situations with ease. - Previous experience in travel planning, customer service, or group management is a plus.,
