As a Travel Consultant with our company, you will be part of a dynamic team catering to the US travel market. Your primary responsibility will be handling inbound calls from US customers for flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and upselling travel services. Your ability to effectively manage sales, service, and customer retention will be crucial in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound calls from US customers regarding flight bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, and modifications. - Convert customer inquiries into sales by recommending suitable flight options based on their travel needs. - Provide accurate fare quotes and travel solutions utilizing GDS platforms such as Sabre, Amadeus, and Galileo. - Manage booking changes efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction and company profitability. - Consistently achieve and surpass sales targets and KPIs. - Stay informed about airline policies, fare rules, and promotions to offer the best service to customers. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 1 year experience in US travel sales, preferably in a B2C setting. - Proficiency in GDS platforms like Sabre, Amadeus, and Galileo. - Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. - Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment. - Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities. - Willingness to work night shifts and weekends to align with US time zones.,
