Description
We are looking for a smart, proactive, and customer-focused Travel Consultant (female candidate) to join our team. You will be responsible for crafting customized travel packages, coordinating with travel agencies and hotels, and delivering exceptional service to our clients. Strong negotiation and communication skills are key to succeeding in this role. Key Responsibilities: Travel Planning & Customization Create tailor-made travel itineraries based on client preferences, budget, and timelines. Recommend destinations, accommodations, transportation, and experiences for individuals and groups. Stay up to date with current travel trends and new packages. Client Consultation & Sales Guide clients in choosing the best travel options and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings. Handle all bookings, including flights, hotels, tours, and other activities. Manage visa applications, travel insurance, and related travel documentation. Coordination & Execution Work closely with hotels, travel agencies, airlines, and transport providers to ensure smooth travel plans. Monitor trip progress and manage any changes or last-minute adjustments. Ensure all arrangements meet client expectations and company standards. Customer Support Provide clients with detailed travel documents and pre-trip information. Offer support for booking changes, cancellations, and travel-related emergencies. Collect and act on feedback to enhance customer satisfaction. Sales & Marketing Support Promote travel packages via digital platforms, social media, and networking. Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Build partnerships with vendors and other travel service providers. Qualifications: Degree or diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field. Experience: Prior experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar travel industry role. Knowledge of planning both domestic and international travel. Skills: Smart, proactive attitude with excellent negotiation skills. Strong communication and customer service orientation. Proficiency in travel booking systems (e.g., GDS, tour operator tools). Ability to manage multiple tasks and bookings efficiently under pressure. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Additional: Knowledge of visa procedures and international travel guidelines. Familiarity with popular destinations, cultural nuances, and local attractions.
