Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist clients with travel planning, provide customized tour packages, book transportation & accommodations, and ensure excellent customer service throughout the travel process. Key Responsibilities: Interact with customers to understand their travel requirements and preferences. Design and customize domestic & international holiday packages. Book flights, hotels, transport, sightseeing, and other travel-related services. Provide travel advice including visas, insurance, currency exchange, and local guidelines. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins. Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat and referral business. Ensure all bookings are accurate and completed within deadlines. Working time- 10 AM IST to 8 PM IST. Holiday on weekdays.
