Key Responsibilities: Interact with customers to understand their travel requirements and preferences. Design and customize domestic & international holiday packages. Book flights, hotels, transport, sightseeing, and other travel-related services. Provide travel advice including visas, insurance, currency exchange, and local guidelines. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins. Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat and referral business. Ensure all bookings are accurate and completed within deadlines. Working time- 10 AM IST to 8 PM IST. Holiday on weekdays.

This role requires a mix of sales, client servicing, and marketing activities to help grow the business. Key Responsibilities:Promote and sell domestic & international holiday packages. Handle customer inquiries, provide detailed travel information, and convert leads into bookings. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business. Develop and implement marketing strategies (online & offline) to increase brand awareness. Coordinate with travel agents, hotels, and vendors to ensure smooth operations. Prepare sales reports and achieve monthly sales targets. Assist in creating engaging content for social media, promotional campaigns, and travel advertisements. Represent the company at travel fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events.
