Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ghaziabad for a Travel Consultant. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for planning and managing travel arrangements, providing customer service support, and processing reservations. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with clients to understand their travel needs, suggesting suitable travel packages, booking flights and accommodations, as well as ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the travel process.

Qualifications

• Skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
• Experience in Travel Arrangements and Reservations
• Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Knowledge of travel software and booking systems is beneficial
• Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
