As a Travel Consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing expert advice and exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring they have a seamless travel experience. Your responsibilities will include: - Client Consultation: Understand clients" travel needs and preferences to recommend tailored travel packages and solutions. - Itinerary Planning: Create and customize travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, activities, transportation, and excursions. - Booking Management: Book flights, hotels, and ground services accurately using internal systems or third-party platforms. - Travel Advice: Provide up-to-date information on destinations, weather, local customs, visa requirements, health, and safety. - Customer Support: Handle client queries, changes, cancellations, and special requests before, during, and after travel. - Sales & Upselling: Actively promote travel packages, tours, and upsell premium services like business class flights, luxury hotels, or travel insurance. - Vendor Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, tour operators, hotels, airlines, and transport companies. - Travel Trends & Insights: Stay informed about travel trends, seasonal offers, and popular destinations to offer the best recommendations. - Documentation & Reporting: Prepare travel documents and maintain accurate records of bookings and client communications.
