Travel Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to promote travel packages and follow up with leads
• Assist clients with bookings for flights, hotels, and holiday packages
• Share accurate information on destinations, visa requirements, and documentation
• Design customized travel itineraries as per client needs and budget
• Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner
• Maintain and update client records and booking information
• Support marketing campaigns and promotional travel offers
