Candidates with knowledge of Amadeus will be preferred. Negotiate any customizations or modifications requested and accommodate them to the best level possible. Date Change , Schedule Change and Refunds. Determining clients needs and suggesting suitable travel packages on calls and Offering the best available deals and then converting them into Sales. Responsible for generating revenue for company by handling Inbound calls. Requirements - Candidate should be comfortable in night and morning shift. Atleast 6 months of experience into sales or international customer support. Candidates from travel background preferred. Excellent communication and sales skills required.
