Company name - Travelo1.com Night Shift Both side cabs are provided Location- Gurgaon (Udyog Vihar Phase-5) Job Description Help Customer to identify their ideal travel plans based on their interests and requirements. Excellent Knowledge of any GDS (Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre, Apollo, Worldspan) Issuance and reissuance Negotiate any customizations or modifications requested and accommodate them to the best level possible. Resolve any problem that arises regarding the trip for the Guests. Regularly update a database containing Guest details and travel information. Reach the sales and revenue targets. Date Change , Schedule Change and Refunds. Determining clients needs and suggesting suitable travel packages on calls and Offering the best available deals and then converting them into Sales. Need to assertively handle all calls and keep a strong track of follow ups. Exemplary sales skills and customer oriented approach. Responsible for generating revenue for company Handling Inbound calls. Achieve the profit targets. Requirements- 1+ years of proven experience in US Voice Process inbound Travel Sales (US/International Travel Process). Good Geographical Knowledge i.e. City codes, Airport codes etc. Interacting with the Airlines. Must have Excellent Communication Skills (both verbal & written in English). Travel sales process. Excellent convincing power and negotiations skills. · Willing to work in shifts as per International Time zones · Must be comfortable to work in night shifts Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month Schedule: Night shift Rotational shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Experience: sales or CS : 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
