Travel Consultant

This is a full-time onsite (Salem) role as a Travel consultant at Travelfika. The Travel consultant will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to promote our travel packages and services. The day-to-day tasks will include identifying leads, explaining our offerings, answering customer queries, and maintaining a database of customer information. The role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a passion for travel.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English, Tamil
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Customer service experience
• Familiarity with travel destinations and the tourism industry
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification

Skills

• Should have travel agent experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Solid working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes
• Ability to multitask with a desire to resolve urgent matters as quickly and efficiently as possible.
