Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant located in Ahmedabad. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on travel destinations, managing travel arrangements, preparing itineraries, and making reservations. Additionally, the consultant will provide exceptional customer service and assist in handling issues that may arise during trips to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and making Travel Arrangements
• Experience with Customer Service and handling Reservations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of travel destinations and industry trends
• Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism Management or related field is a plus
