Tourism Consultant

We are seeking experienced and motivated Senior Tour / Holiday Consultants to join our team in Bengaluru. This is a full-time, on-site role in the sales domain. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, preparing quotations, maintaining follow-ups, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving defined sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
• Prepare customized travel quotes and itineraries
• Maintain regular follow-ups to drive conversions
• Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction
• Consistently achieve assigned sales targets

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in travel sales or consulting
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Destination knowledge of Europe, GCC, and South East Asia
• Proficiency in English, Kannada, Hindi (additional languages are an advantage)
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team
• Familiarity with travel booking software and industry practices
• Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, or Hospitality preferred; not mandatory for experienced candidates

Compensation: INR 30,000 – 40,000 per month, plus attractive incentives
