Role Description

We're looking for a travel-savvy, customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our team full-time – and the best part? You can work from anywhere!

If you have a background in sales, love creating unforgettable travel experiences, and know how to build great customer relationships, this role is for you. You’ll be working closely with clients to understand their travel needs and curating custom-made itineraries that fit their style, interests, and budget.

What You'll Do:

• Talk to customers, understand what they’re looking for, and gather all the details needed to design the perfect trip.
• Curate and personalize travel plans – from destinations and stays to activities and local tips.
• Use your sales skills to convert leads into bookings and upsell where it makes sense.
• Build strong, ongoing relationships with customers and be their go-to travel expert.
• Manage bookings and coordinate everything to make sure their trip is smooth from start to finish.
• Stay in the loop on travel trends, offers, and must-visit spots around the world.

Who You Are:

• You’ve got experience in sales or a customer-facing role, and you enjoy helping people.
• You’re passionate about travel and love making trip planning easy and exciting for others.
• You're great at listening, communicating, and building trust with clients.
• You’re organized, proactive, and comfortable working remotely and independently.
• Familiar with travel tools, booking platforms, or CRM systems? That’s a bonus!
