Travel Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with clients via phone, email, or in person to understand their travel needs
• Offer expert advice on destinations, itineraries, flights, hotels, visa procedures, and travel insurance
• Prepare customized travel packages based on client requirements and budget
• Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the trip
• Manage reservations and handle bookings through travel portals or GDS (preferred)
• Ensure timely follow-ups to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, offers, and promotions
• Handle cancellations, changes, and emergency travel needs when required

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to explain travel products and close sales effectively
• Knowledge of GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and customer-focused mindset
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Evening shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Commission pay
