Travel Consultant

As an experienced International Travel Consultant and Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily office operations, leading a team, and driving business growth. Your strong background in travel consultation and team management will be crucial for the success of this role. You will have the opportunity to develop and sell international travel packages, lead business development initiatives, and ensure excellent customer service for client satisfaction. Collaborating on marketing strategies and monitoring sales targets will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, training and mentoring team members will play a key role in your position. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in international travel consultation and team management. Strong business development skills, excellent communication, and leadership abilities are essential. Your ability to efficiently handle office operations, along with knowledge of global travel trends and destinations, will be valuable assets in this position. This full-time, permanent position offers a competitive salary with performance-based incentives, cell phone reimbursement, and commuter assistance. The work schedule is during the day shift, and performance bonuses are available. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, along with a minimum of 2 years of total work experience. Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of Hindi is preferred. Possessing an IATA certification is also preferred. The work location is in person.
