Job Description:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Tours and Travels Staff. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with various aspects of tour operations and customer service to ensure the smooth execution of travel itineraries and exceptional experiences for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and coordination of travel itineraries, including transportation, accommodations, and activities.
• Communicate with clients to provide information, answer inquiries, and address concerns before, during, and after their travel experiences.
• Coordinate logistics with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure seamless execution of tours and activities.
• Provide on-site support and assistance to travelers, including guiding tours, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Maintain accurate records, documents, and files related to bookings, reservations, and client interactions.
• Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and industry developments to provide relevant information and recommendations to clients.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes, enhance customer experiences, and achieve business objectives
