· Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences and needs
· Prepare and customise tour packages (domestic & international)
· Handle bookings – hotels, flights, transfers, sightseeing, visas
· Communicate with vendors and suppliers for smooth operations
· Provide after-sales support and resolve travel-related queries
· Achieve monthly sales and service targets
🎓 Qualifications:
· Graduate in any discipline (Preference to Tourism/Hospitality background)
· Travel & Tourism certification preferred (not mandatory)
· Good knowledge of travel tools, portals, and GDS (preferred)
· Proficient in MS Office, Email, and client communication

· Experience in dealing with B2C/B2B clients and itinerary creation
