Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant located in Chennai. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for conducting travel consultations, managing travel arrangements, and making reservations. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service, providing personalized travel options, and ensuring customer satisfaction through every stage of the travel process.

Qualifications

• Travel Consulting and Travel Management skills
• Experience in making Travel Arrangements and Reservations
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in the travel industry is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Travel, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is preferred
