Travel Consultant

As a Travel Consultant (Fresher) at Rezmytrip Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for handling client inquiries, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, preparing travel plans, managing client communication, negotiating for the best rates, updating data, and assisting in daily operational tasks efficiently under minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities: - Handle client inquiries and provide suitable travel solutions (flights, hotels, packages, etc.) - Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations - Prepare quotations, itineraries, and travel plans for clients - Manage emails, calls, and client communication professionally - Negotiate with suppliers and service providers for best rates and services - Maintain and update data using Excel and internal software - Assist in daily operational tasks and multitask efficiently under minimal supervision Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in any discipline (Travel & Tourism preferred, but not mandatory) - Freshers are welcome; prior internship or exposure in the travel domain is a plus - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong negotiation and coordination abilities - Basic knowledge of computer applications and MS Excel - Ability to multitask and work independently - Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset Please note that the above details are specific to the role of Travel Consultant (Fresher) at Rezmytrip Pvt.
