Travel Consultant

We are looking for enthusiastic interns who are passionate about travel and eager to explore the world of tourism. As a Travel & Operations Intern, you’ll get hands-on experience working on real client projects, helping them plan and execute both domestic and international trips

Key Responsibilities:1. Itinerary & Package Creation

• Assist in creating customized travel plans for Indian and international destinations
• Research hotels, transport options, sightseeing, and activities
• Prepare package quotations using company templates

2. Client Support & Communication

• Handle basic client queries over WhatsApp, email, and phone
• Follow up on travel inquiries and share proposals
• Maintain polite and professional communication with clients

3. Operations Management

• Coordinate with vendors (hotels, cabs, tour operators)
• Manage booking details and confirmation records
• Assist in sending vouchers and travel documents

4. Marketing & Content Support

• Support our social media efforts by suggesting ideas or helping with posts
• Research trending destinations and packages
• Collect and compile travel photos and testimonials

5. Data Management & Reporting

• Update lead sheets and client records
• Track daily tasks and conversions
• Maintain basic analytics of queries, bookings, and follow-ups

Skills Required:

• Strong interest in travel and tourism
• Good communication (English & Hindi)
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Google Docs
• Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook & WhatsApp Business
• Self-motivated, reliable, and willing to learn

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
