Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Travel Consultant. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for providing travel consultation, managing travel arrangements, and handling reservations. Daily tasks include offering travel advice, coordinating travel plans, making bookings, and ensuring client satisfaction through excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Skills in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and making Travel Arrangements
• Experience in handling Reservations and providing excellent Customer Service
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Proficiency in travel booking software is a plus
• Experience in the travel industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field is desirable
