Role - TRAVEL SALES EXECUTIVE (PPC) Work from office 5 days working -Rotational Shift-2 days fixed off Shift timing -8 PM to 5 AM Experience - 3 years Salary Package- 40K-60K depends on experience. Night Travel allowance will be provided Address- Okhla Phase 3, New Delhi Roles & Responsibilities Serve as the voice of the company to customers. Convert each lead into a confirmed sales call. Handle inbound calls and provide clients with the best competitive fares. Prepare effective sales presentations to achieve high conversion rates. Meet and exceed conversion targets set in a result-focused environment, aligned with company goals. Maintain strong client relationship and deliver high level of customer service. Stay updated on the organization's products and services. Identify common customer challenges and propose solutions to enhance service levels. Requirement Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and thrive under pressure. Strong sales and interpersonal skills. Minimum 3 years of experience in pay per calls. Proficiency in using GDS systems such as Amadeus for flight booking. Comfortable for voice-based US sales process. Possess strong communication skills.
