Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant, located in Patna. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for planning and organizing travel arrangements, managing bookings and reservations, providing excellent customer service, and handling travel consulting and management tasks. The role will also involve coordinating with clients to ensure a seamless travel experience and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of travel trends and destinations.

Qualifications

• Travel Consulting and Travel Management skills
• Experience in handling Travel Arrangements and Reservations
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in travel software and tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Travel, or related field preferred
