Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Travel Sales Consultant with 1–2 years of experience in travel sales or a related field. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting leads into bookings, building strong client relationships, and delivering personalized travel solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Promote and sell domestic & international tour packages, including flights, hotels, and visas.
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings by offering tailored travel solutions.
• Provide clients with detailed information on destinations, itineraries, pricing, and travel requirements.
• Maintain strong follow-ups to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with suppliers, hotels, and other vendors for smooth bookings.
• Ensure excellent customer service and post-travel support.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of proven experience in travel sales, ticketing, or related roles.
• Good knowledge of domestic & international travel destinations, packages, and visas.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused approach with the ability to build long-term relationships.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and travel booking systems (preferred).
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
