Help clients identify their ideal travel package based on their requirements.
Curate itinerary and holiday package and sell the appropriate tour package to the customer
Research & provide all relevant and essential information to the tourists regarding their travel like weather, itinerary, maps.
Negotiate any customisations or modifications requested and accommodate to the best level possible.
Reach the sales and revenue targets.
Be the voice of the customer in the team - communicate issues faced with the customers to the relevant team-member and actively work to resolve them
Find and coordinate with vendors for different travel services offered by company
Experience in Travel Industry of curating holiday international packages (Mandatory)
Self-starter with excellent communication skills
Excellent Sales Skills
Street-smart problem solver
Ability to find leads, make alliances and build long term customer relationships.
