Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant located in Saket. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, consulting clients on travel options, handling customer service inquiries, and making reservations. Daily tasks will include coordinating with vendors, providing information about travel destinations, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Travel Consulting and Travel Management skills
• Experience in Travel Arrangements and Reservations management
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Hospitality, or related field is a plus
• Proficiency in travel booking software is preferred
