Travel Consultant

Role Overview: As a customer service agent at our company, your main responsibilities will include greeting customers, answering inquiries, and providing information about flights and services. You will assist customers with booking and purchasing tickets, checking them in for flights, and ensuring they have the proper documentation. Additionally, you will be responsible for answering customer questions about travel policies and regulations, resolving complaints, handling refunds, and coordinating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. You will also keep records of ticket sales and other transactions, monitor flight schedules, adjust reservations as needed, and respond to emergency situations while coordinating with relevant authorities. Key Responsibilities: - Greet customers, answer inquiries, and provide information about flights and services - Assist customers with booking and purchasing tickets - Check customers in for flights and ensure they have proper documentation - Answer customers" questions about travel policies and regulations - Resolve customer complaints and handle refunds - Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Keep records of ticket sales and other transactions - Monitor flight schedules and adjust reservations as needed - Respond to emergency situations and coordinate with relevant authorities Qualifications Required: - Previous customer service experience preferred - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of travel industry policies and regulations is a plus Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and a provident fund.
