Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with leads and understand their travel requirements
• Suggest suitable travel packages and convert leads into confirmed bookings
• Communicate with clients via calls, WhatsApp, and email for follow-ups
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Stay informed about travel destinations and industry trends
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Foster long-term client relationships to drive repeat and referral business
