Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant located in Trivandrum. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, consulting with clients to determine their travel needs, handling reservations, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include booking flights, hotels, and other travel accommodations, advising clients on travel destinations and itineraries, and ensuring smooth travel experiences for clients.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements
• Experience in handling Reservations and providing Customer Service
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Prior experience in the travel industry is highly beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
